There is a multi-storey residential building with six apartments planned on the site. The possible project includes a basement, two attic levels and an underground car parking. The entry and exit in this case was planned through Baumeistergasse via the land border located on the western side oft he land plot. The ventilation as well as the smoke- and heat extraction in the garage are designed mechanically. There are four spacious parking lots in the underground car park.
It is not necessary to follow this exact project and build a multi-storey apartment building: one can build a villa as well as a single family house. Drainage, water and electricity connections are already existing.
One also needs to take into account that it is an old submission plan (Einreichungsplan-2016), at that time the prescribed maximum height of the building was 6.5 m and the ceiling height 2.5 m. Currently, according to the dedication plan, the maximum height of the building is 7.5 m and the room height can be created up to 2.8 m.
